FIBC Bulk Bags

Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) or jumbo bags are used for the storage and transportation of bulk products across several industries including food, chemicals, mining, construction and agriculture. Their use has grown rapidly as more industries have realised the cost saving potential in utilising FIBCs in their handling and storing systems.

All our jumbo bags are manufactured in a 60,000 sq. ft. dust free facility. FIBCs are available in a variety of types, shapes and sizes and we can customise bags to suit your specific requirements with a broad options of combinations available.

Each bulk bag can contain load capacities between 500kgs to 2000kgs with safety of 5:1 or 6:1, depending on the bag design and size.

Custom printing is also available and we offer a free design and sampling service to ensure that customised bulk bags meet your specific requirements.

U-Panel

We offer the most acceptable range of U-panel corner loop bags designed for extremely safe working load weights. U-Panel bulk bags (FIBC) are made of a single fabric on one side, bottom, and opposite side panel, creating a “U” shape.

Cross Corner

IGC Petrochem is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Cross Corner Bags. Circular bulk bags (FIBC), or Cross Corner Bags as they are popularly known, have a circular/tubular body that is seamless, with only a top and bottom panel sewn into the bag.

FIBC Type C Bags at IGC are made from fabrics with inter-connected static dissipative or conductive threads, which is why they're known as conductive FIBC or groundable FIBC. Originally they were made from entirely conductive materials.

Ventilated Bags

The Ventilated Bulk Bags are manufactured from ventilated PP woven fabric which permits free flow of air in and out of the bag. A duffel or flap is provided as a top closure, and a bottom spout is given for easy discharge of the contents.

Also called Fertilizer bags, they are one of the popular offerings of IGC. 1 and 2 loop bulk bags are available in capacities from 500 to 3000 kg and in standard specifications. They consist of an outer bag with integrated lifting loops.
